Powerlifting room complete!

We meant to update this blog a couple of weeks ago when it was completed, but we’ve been incredibly busy managing both gyms. The powerlifting room at our Sunset location was a long time in the making, but it’s finally done!

We’ve matted the entire room to allow deadlifts to be performed anywhere within the space. Additionally, we’ve added two Eleiko combo racks and one ER rack, bringing us to a total of three. We also have four Eleiko IPF competition bars and a complete set of kilo plates for members to use.

Another exciting update is that we’ve gone 24 hours! We now offer select memberships with 24-hour access. The first option is Tier 1 + 24-Hour, which provides access to the bodybuilding room only, but with 24-hour availability. Tier 3 gives members access to the entire facility along with 24-hour access.
