My name is Joshua Krmenec and I am from Binghamton, New York. Is started my personal training journey when I lived in Texas and I have been a personal trainer for 7 years now with my ACE PT certification, nutrition, corrective exercise, weight management, youth, behavioral change, senior fitness, and therapeutic stretching. I enjoy helping others with strength and conditioning, weight loss, building muscle, sport specific, functional, and mobility, with a little experience in powerlifting. I am very passionate about the gym, being active, and the science that is behind it!! I also enjoy video games, cars, bike riding, and sports in my free time!
